Highchair Review #1
Tripp Trapp by Stokke
When our little one was ready to give food a try, I went on a highchair search. After lots of research, I was able to find the Tripp Trapp by Stokke. The harness and chair height can be adjusted and serves a variety of weight limits. It can be changed and used until your baby is three years old. It was one of the more expensive options, but I liked the idea of being able to get the ultimate bang for my buck. You can buy the Tripp Trapp with everything included, such as the high chair frame, baby set attachment, detachable safe try, and seat cushion. You can also buy everything separately.
This highchair has cushions available for babies of all ages. By the time we purchased this highchair, our child was too big for the Infant Seat. We started with the Tripp Trapp Baby Cushion and eventually bought the Tripp Trapp Cushion as she grew. All the cushions are machine washable and easily cleaned.
Eventually, our little one started to cry each time we tried putting her in the Tripp Trapp highchair. Our daughter, no longer enjoying her chair, was disappointing. We loved this highchair, and so many moms we spoke to said their kids loved their Tripp Trapp as well. But since our baby tends to beat to her drum’s sound, I decided to look for a less expensive option.
Highchair Review #2
Inglesina Fast Table Chair
By the time our baby decided the Tripp Trapp wasn’t for her, she could sit up by herself. I was familiar with Ingelsina’s Fast table chair and liked how it was an inexpensive option. So once I came to terms with the fact that mealtime was turning into a mini soap opera staring our little one herself, we bought her the Ingelsina Fast Table Chair with the detachable tray.
Our toddler instantly loved this seat, and I loved the price even more. I was able to attach it to our kitchen counter and sit right next to her. I think she liked the idea of being on the same level as me while she ate. The detachable try makes for an easy cleanup and is even dishwasher safe. We love this chair so much that we bought a second fast table chair for when we go out to dinner. The fact that is chair can be attached to almost every table makes this an easy win. Assembling is also an easy task, and the chair is machine washable.
